 To ensure all parents get to watch their children perform, WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are asking all families to pick either Friday or Saturday night to support your dancer. The night you do not volunteer …sit back and enjoy the show! Volunteering can be one family member or multiple. We encourage brothers, uncles, even grandparents to join in the memories. Students need to be at both Recitals Friday June 3rd and Saturday June 4th.

Where we need help;

  • Backstage helpers move kids around where they need to be on stage to perform, move props etc.

  • Back Stage line up crew; will get kids in the order they will line up before they go back stage so they are in order

  • Backstage door help; simple, easy,  keeping parents out of back stage (UNLESS they are volunteering)

  • Dressing rooms; this is where we need the most help. This is when parents, help in the dressing rooms, keep the kids calm, quiet, and clean while they wait for their turn to dance. You will help dress the kids and do costume changes. Ideally having 1 adult  for every 5 kids in the room is helpful however we never have enough help in this area.

  • In the lobby, we will be selling tickets and will need help at the beginning of the show, also will be there at the Beginning and then at intermission to sell raffle tickets, and merchandise such as shirts and keychains, etc. (Berta's Flower Shop will be there to sell their flowers we do not do anything with those)

  • Ushers; we are looking for older siblings, and dads, to help usher people to their seats. since we are selling tickets there is assigned seating each show and will need guides to take people to their chairs) .
